Meteorite Collections and Catalogs
The MetBase Library holds a large stock of meteorite inventory lists and catalogs of public and private meteorite collections. The meteorites present in a collection are listed with specimen weights and basic data for more than 700 repositories worldwide. Information on meteorite prepared sections, if available, is also included. An inventory list can easily be printed and data selected and ordered by a number of criteria (e.g. observed falls, find location, classification, specimen weight).
